Former Dallas Police Officer Amber Guyger has been found guilty of murder after killing an unarmed black man named Botham Jean, while sitting in his living room eating ice cream. According to Guyger, she thought someone was in her apartment at the time she began entering. Jury began deliberating Monday, and have found a verdict….GUILTY! A sentencing has taken place, but justice has been served!
According to CNN, Multiple members of Jean’s family broke out sobbing and hugged members of the prosecution team.
