The Carolina Panthers have reportedly found their next coach.

Sources told ESPN on Tuesday that the team expects to hire Baylor University head coach Matt Rhule to replace Ron Rivera, who is now the head coach of the Washington Washington Football Team.

Rhule, known for turning programs around, previously was the head coach at Temple where he led the Owls to a 10-2 record in his third season before leading the program to a conference championship for the first time since 1967.

At Baylor, Rhule inherited a program riddled by NCAA sanctions and immediately turned them around after a dismal start. He finished 11-3 this season, playing in the Big 12 title game as well as the Sugar Bowl.

The Panthers went 5-11 this season and has had three losing seasons in the past four years since their run to Super Bowl 50 after the 2015 season. He’s the first head coach the Panthers will have hired from the college ranks.
