The Coronavirus has been spreading rapidly across the globe. From China to Japan, and now the Carolinas. Wake County has confirmed it’s first case of the virus. According to ABC11, one person has tested positive for the novel Coronavirus, after visiting a nursing home in Seattle,Wa that is linked to 7 deaths so far. Governor Roy. Cooper spoke about the recent discovery:
“I know that people are worried about this virus, and I want to assure North Carolinians our state is prepared,”.”Our task force and state agencies are working closely with local health departments, health care providers and others to quickly identify and respond to cases that might occur.”
The virus has many afraid to attend large events and public functions that could make you contract the symptoms.
