Governor Cooper just recently made some updates to phase 2 of North Carolina’s opening. It’s being reported that now he has extended the curfew on alcohol sales for restaurants until October 2nd. This curfew does not include grocery stores, convenience stores and other stores that have “off-site” consumption. We’re sure restaurant owners are not too happy with the news but, officials believe this will help to flatten the curve in coronavirus cases.
