New reports out of South Los Angeles say that another black man was shot by the police. According to bystanders the police shot suspect Dijon Kizzee over 20 times. The police say that he was armed and a gun was recovered from the scene. However, video shows the suspect running away. Check out the video below via TheSavoyShow on instagram:
