Charlotte-Meclenburg Middle School students could be on their way back to in person schooling. However, it may not happen when it was expected. According to reports in person learning has been delayed until January 5th. The original return date was set for November 23rd for the majority of students. Also it’s being reported that a smaller amount of students could start back on November 30th while 42000 students have already returned. WCCB Charlotte reports:
Nearly 42,000 CMS students are already back in the classroom, most in elementary schools.
The district is reporting 11 new COVID-19 cases among students last week and 29 positive staff members
