Taylor Swift

Taylor Swift ‘s lyric lawsuit was dismissed, and now she can finally shake it off.

The singer was sued by a songwriter who claimed that Taylor stole his song, “Haters Gone Hate” while creating “Shake it Off.” The judge set a dismissal, writing, “At present, the Court is not saying that Braham can never, ever, ever get his case back in court. But for now, we have got problems, and the Court is not sure Braham can solve them.”

Ultimately, Judge Gail Standish ruled in T-Swift’s favor. Congrats on another win, Taylor.
