Yes it is true the popular Hip Hop meg star is on his way to a long case proceedings with an unsure outcome! Kodak is in trouble for parole violation. Kodak Black was in a night club which is strictly against his probation guidelines Kodak reportedly assaulted a female server of the venue. After originally pleading the 5th on being asked if he was in a strip club he later told the judge he was in fact there at the time of the alleged altercation. Another witness from the night club came to the court hearing in defense to Kodak saying the server was pressing Kodak and his crew asking for pictures and acting “Groupie-ish”
A plea deal was sent to Kodak for 8 years Kodak has denied the offer and will fight this case. We will keep you updated on this situation.
