Paparazzi were all around as Justin Bieber left Saban Theater where he attended a City Church event.

In the video from CBS you can see Bieber greet the photographers and then hop into his pickup truck.
You can here the cameras continue to click and people hurling questions as Bieber closed the door and turned on the engine.
As Bieber pressed on the gas to pull off paparazzi were still around his car, it was then one of the photographers was hit by the truck causing him to fall.
Bieber pulled right over and kneeled down to speak to the man as he tried to make the others back away, but they kept taking pictures.
One of the photographers began to pray as they waited for the ambulance and police to arrive.
A couple hours later TMZ posted a video from the photographer saying, “An hour before my birthday I get run over by Justin Bieber,” but he also mentioned that the singer is a good kid and was compassionate.
We hope he has a speedy recovery.
