From the Bronx to the top of the world, there is no doubt that rapper, Cardi B has had an extremely successful 2017.

With the  Billboard chart breaking record,‘Bodak Yellow’, Cardi gave full support to her “bloody shoes.” But from the looks of it, she’s hanging up the Louboutins for now and picking up a pair from designer, Steve Madden.

In an interview with Refinery29, Cardi expresses how important it is to collaborate with brands accessible and affordable to her fans.

“I’ve loved Steve Madden since I was a little girl,” Cardi B tells Refinery29. “Back then, I died for a pair of Steve Madden shoes. I love how [his shoes are] affordable but [still such] great quality. Every girl can’t afford “bloody shoes,” so I like that I can partner with a shoe company many girls can afford!”

Stylist, Kollin Carter, makes it a personal mission of his to dress Cardi in clothing that relative to her listeners.

Needless to say, Steve Madden is overjoyed  to with “the hottest rapper in America,” as he calls her. The duo has teamed up to serve some creative digital content, releasing five videos to launch the campaign. Videos will highlight her shoe collection and how they will compliment the perfect outfit – whether in a sneaker, boot or heel.
