The Wests have finally welcomed their third child via surrogate! TMZ confirmed the reports with Kim making the announcement, with surrogate giving birth Monday to a healthy girl weighing 7lbs 6oz.
San Diego and there are no reports of whether or not, the surrogate gave birth at Cedar-Sinai as Kim did with her daughter North and Son Saint.

If you remember, the couple decided to use a surrogate because Kim suffers from placenta accreta, a life-threatening condition that created serious complications during the birth of her second child, Saint. The ordeal has played out on the current season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
