Sunday afternoon was not a good day to be a Panthers fan as they got blown out on the road by the Detroit Lions by a 42-24 score. With that loss, the Panthers now fall to 0-5 for only the 4th time in franchise history and Steve Smith joined Kyle Bailey to discuss the frustrations […]

With another Panthers loss, the team fell to 0-5 on the season. A season that began with Panthers fans excitedly standing in the rain to be a part of the NFL Draft celebration and to be there when their favorite team selected the #1 overall quarterback, who was expected to lead this team into the […]

We are just about a quarter of the way into the 2023-24 NFL season, and the Carolina Panthers, are still looking for their first win of the season. Carolina entered the season with hopes of competing for an NFC South division title and ending the longest playoff drought in the history of the franchise. After the 0-4 start, it looks like Carolina will have to wait until next season to compete once again in the division, and in the conference as well.

The Panthers are now 0-4 to start the 2023 season after many around the Carolinas had hoped this new era would be off to a better start with a new QB. Steve Smith joined Kyle Bailey to discuss the problems surrounding the Panthers and whether they could be fixed soon. Things started with the concerns […]

This morning on Charlotte Sports Today, Jeff gave Colin some time to “get the poison out” after the Panthers fell to 0-4, and that’s exactly what Colin did. Taking aim at the top two decision makers and their tenure with the team, Colin vents about the team having no expectation of success, an issue that […]

When an individual or (in this case) an organization tells you who they are, you should believe them.  I’m not suggesting you listen to their actual words but I am declaring that their consistent actions will almost always tell you who they are.   Deeds, not words.

Former Charlotte Observer writer, and now Vikings beat reporter, Ellis Williams joined the Wes & Walker Show yesterday, to give us the Vikings perspective ahead of Sunday's game at Bank of America Stadium. He tells you what makes Justin Jefferson such a hard matchup for the Panthers secondary, what areas Carolina has the advantage in on the field, & more.

The Panthers will be looking for their first win of the 2023 season on Sunday afternoon in Bank of America Stadium against the Minnesota Vikings. The Vikings will enter in the same boat as the Panthers after three straight one-possession losses to begin there season and will be hoping to keep themselves alive after a […]

After missing last week's game at Seattle, it looks like Bryce Young is set to start this Sunday's game against the Vikings. Young, who suffered an ankle injury in the Monday night loss to the Saints in Week 2, hopes to use the week off to get his rookie season off and running.

After an 0-3 start to the 2023 season, it is fair to say that nobody in the Panthers organization saw this coming. While there are still 14 games to be played, it is hard to imagine the Panthers end up competing for the NFC South division title, and or challenging for a Wild Card spot. What makes that an even harder pill to swallow, is that the Panthers traded away their first-round pick for the 2024 NFL Draft, making it harder to add talent to the roster. The only way that the Panthers can get a first-round draft pick is to obviously either trade away even more future draft capital or move a player on the current roster, that would demand such an asking price.Â
